Judy J. Mims combines her knowledge of business brokerage and commercial real estate to provide an outstanding level of service to the child care industry throughout the metro Atlanta area.
Judy received her real estate license in 2004 and her Associate Broker’s license in 2011. Beginning her real estate career in business brokerage, she chose to focus on the child care industry, private schools and senior care companies. In 2011, she moved her practice to Bull Realty to further hone her knowledge of commercial real estate.
Judy has lived in the Atlanta metro area since 1994. Originally from Los Angeles, California, she owned an independent publisher’s representative firm, covering the western and southwestern states from Alaska to Louisiana. In this capacity, she worked with a wide variety of clients to identify their marketing needs and to craft customized media plans to maximize their marketing budget. Today she uses those marketing skills to ensure that her clients receive the best marketing in the industry.
Judy holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in history from Scripps College, Claremont, California. She is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a member of the Southern Early Childhood Association, and the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). She lives with her husband, Hugh, and cat in Brookhaven. She has three grown children; two of whom live in the Atlanta metro area with their families. She enjoys gardening, cooking and playing with her six grandchildren.
