Founding partner of Portfolio Real Estate, Judy Cuong is a passionate, joyful Realtor with over twenty years of experience assisting clients in the Sacramento area. Judy is happiest when helping people own a piece of the American Dream. Her kind, easy-going nature is complemented by an honest ambition to get her clients the best possible outcomes, no matter what it takes.
Judy’s expertise in the industry benefits clients in multiple ways. She also has a network of stagers, contractors, and repair teams that she can mobilize, and often oversees renovations for her investment clients.
