As Director of Business Development, Judah is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic execution of Roundhouse’s client relations and business development initiatives. His primary responsibility is to develop and grow the third-party property management division for Roundhouse Communities.
Over the years, Judah has accumulated a wealth of experience developing new business and handling client relations as a commercial agent with CBRE. Judah has a strong affection for the relational aspects of his work while delivering institutional-level quality and consistency. He also has a longstanding business relationship with Roundhouse, having sold them their original Los Angeles headquarters nearly a decade ago.
Judah recently relocated from Los Angeles with his wife and two kids, and now calls Boise’s East End home. He is handy and likes to design and build fountains in his spare time (which he no longer has time due to his aforementioned kids). He also likes to play tennis, albeit poorly, and drums, less poorly.
