I’ve lived in the Houston area since 1985 and worked in real estate since 1992 when I purchased my first investment property in South Houston.
In 2003 I became a Real Estate Agent and join Keller Williams. I transfer to UTR Texas Realtors in 2010 and opened my current office that houses my growing team to better serve all my clients in 2015.
I have comprehensive experience representing clients in Residential or Commercial transactions, and an in-depth understanding of the local market helps me identify the needs of my clients. I represent clients in all facets of their commercial or residential real estate needs, Including Seller, Landlord, Tenant, Buyer or Real estate Investor. On the Commercial side, I specialize in multifamily properties like apartment buildings, mobile home parks as well as Buying and Leasing Shopping Centers. I can also help the starting investor from flips to single family rental investment transactions. For the knowledgeable investor, I can locate and assist with the acquisition of new residential and commercial Investments.
