Juan Martinez brings his many years of experience in customer service, leadership, sales, and mortgage lending to provide a consultative approach when assisting his clients. Originally from Southern California, Juan made his dream of buying a home a reality 14 years ago when he moved to Tampa. Working with a Smith & Associates Real Estate agent who guided him through the buying process inspired him to become a realtor and deliver the same type of integrity and ease of the home buying process to his clients.
When Juan is not assisting clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years, their eight-year-old daughter, newborn son, and their two rescue dogs. He is an active member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and has participated in various fundraisers, including the MS Walk.
