J.R. began his career in 2002 as a marketing and research analyst for Marcus & Millichap, working with a team specializing in office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. He joined Charles Dunn Company in 2007 as a senior research analyst, managing the research department and providing market-specific information company-wide. He also had a one-year stint with a multifamily investment team for Marcus & Millichap in Newport beach and the Inland Empire where he assisted in closing approximately 300 total multifamily units.
