JP Evans handles leasing, sales, and acquisitions for Urban Story Ventures. Evans brings a diverse background of construction and technical sales to the position. JP joined the team in 2021. Evans graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2016 with a degree in Engineering Technology and attained his real estate license in 2021. He is a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, Protégé Chattanooga, and was named a “Rising Star” by the Chattanooga Times Free Press in 2020. Evans has served on numerous committees focused on education and workforce development with Chattanooga State and the AGC. He also serves as a Tennessee Promise mentor.
