Mr. York has been involved in more than $140 million worth of such transactions leased to tenants such as Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, ALDI, 7-Eleven, Dollar General, Chase Bank, Firestone Complete Auto Care, National Tire & Battery, Buffalo Wild Wings, and more.
