Josh started in the real estate industry in 2006 as a loan officer gaining valuable experience from the lending side of the business, financing a few hundred transactions. In 2011 he joined the largest real estate investment company in the area as a sales representative, working with buyers on a for sale by owner basis and guiding them through the home buying process, selling 200+ homes from 2011-2016. In May 2016, Josh became a licensed Realtor so he could share his wealth of knowledge with all buyers and sellers. Through 2016, his first 6 months with a license, Josh was a top 5 agent in units. He started Jackson Real Estate Team in July 2017 with the goal of building a team that provides the best service and results serving both York and Adams Counties with offices in York & Hanover.
