With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Cramer has successfully completed more than 750,000 square feet of real estate assignments, encompassing a wide range of transaction types. He specializes in tenant representation and strategic real estate consulting in the Washington, DC region. Mr. Cramer focuses on the representation of medical practices, not-for-profit organizations, associations, and government affairs offices.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Cramer was a Principal with McBride Real Estate Services Inc. for fourteen years. In addition to focusing on representing his clients, he directed the junior broker training program.
