Joshua Chavez has been in the real estate industry on Maui for over 20 years. Growing up on the island with a construction background working with his father and brothers in the trades, he started in Real Estate at 18 years old after graduating from King Kekaulike High School in 1999. Joshua has bought, sold, and built his own properties and subdivisions, and has helped many clients and friends to do the same.
In addition to conventional real estate, Joshua has helped to lead projects that integrate land and soil regeneration, natural resource conservation, native reforestation, food production, and sustainable development.
