In 2005, he started his career as a licensed Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Real Estate. In 2009, he founded Pinnacle Ridge Capital, a property management, investment and development firm. In 2017, he founded Knowledge Broker, a transparent and service driven organization that redefines customer service for the real estate industry.
Joshua completed his Bachelor Degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies (BACS) at the University of Western Ontario in 2004. After nearly ten years in business, he then completed the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management in 2013.
Joshua is actively involved with Canadian Mental Health Association York South Simcoe, Coldest Night of the Year, Easter Seals, Newmarket Chamber of Commerce, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Western University Alumni, Ryerson MBA Alumni, Humane Society, Huron Heights Secondary School Community, Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation and he is a proud supporter of several local sports teams.
