Joshua is a Managing Partner at Century Partners. He began his commercial real estate career in 2015. Joshua specializes in sales and advisory services for all retail net leased investment properties throughout the United States. His experience and contacts with many of the national retailers provide a competitive advantage over other groups in the market. This advantage ensures that Joshua can accurately achieve his client’s goals in an expeditious manner. Joshua has set records for Cap Rates based on lease term, tenancy and location through his various completed transactions. His extensive knowledge and deep connections with national brands as well as his relationship with clients provide an advantage; helping him continue to work to achieve their goals expeditiously and propel him to a position as a top net lease broker in the United States. Prior to becoming a Partner at Century Partners, Joshua was an Executive Vice President and Shareholder at Kidder Mathews. Joshua graduated from the University of Oregon and is now based out of West Los Angeles.
