Josh Stegemoller is a lifelong resident of Brownwood, TX. Graduating from Brownwood High School in 1997 and earning his degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Josh earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University in December 2001 in Poultry Science. While a student at Texas A&M University he obtained his real estate license at the age of 19 and began working during the summer months as a leasing agent at Century 21 Realtors. After graduation, he returned to Brownwood to join the family business. In November of 2008, he married Hilary Stewardson, also of Brownwood. In January 2010 Josh and Hilary became the proud parents of their son Gus. In that same year, Josh obtained his Texas Brokers license giving him additional expertise in the real estate field. In 2012, Fritz was born followed by Goldie in 2014. Josh enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers alike. He excels in selling land, residential, and lake properties all over the state. Josh enjoys hunting and fishing with a special emphasis on saltwater fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. Josh is an active member of the Brownwood Board of Realtors and served as a board member of the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce. He and his family attend Austin Avenue Church of Christ in Brownwood.
