Josh Spar is an up and coming professional that has been in the commercial real estate business since finishing his undergraduate at Boise State in the fall of 2021. He has been in the real estate world for a majority of his life due to his family owning a small property management company in Southern California. Josh moved up to Idaho back in 2016 when he enrolled at Boise State University and decided he didn’t want to leave the great state of Idaho. Josh has chosen to dive into the Industrial market as his area of expertise, but has worked in the fields of office and retail as well. He is a new young agent that is excited to get to work to help you with leasing, buying, and selling. Josh also enjoys football on the weekends and getting to the gym whenever he gets free time. Outdoors and watching sports is where he tends to feel most comfortable.
