Josh Posnick serves as Senior Managing Director of Development for Mill Creek Residential, Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Posnick is responsible for new development opportunities, community design and entitlements along with the oversight of Mill Creek communities during construction and lease-up.
Prior to joining Mill Creek Residential Trust, he was a Senior Consultant in the Real Estate Advisory Practice for Deloitte LLP. During his time there, Mr. Posnick participated in domestic and international real estate valuation of over $3 billion of the multi-family, land, retail, healthcare and office product. He focused on deal underwriting, due diligence, market analysis, mergers and acquisitions and financial statement reporting. Prior to working for Deloitte, Mr. Posnick was an Investment Manager at Thema Realty LLC, a family run real estate company and investment fund. He was specifically responsible for the new acquisitions of Class B multifamily homes, retail and office properties.
Mr. Posnick received his Bachelor of Science from The University of Delaware in Leadership and Consumer Economics and his Master of Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
