Joshua Masi is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s (C&W) Tysons office. As a member of C&W’s Investor Services group, he provides marketing and leasing expertise to clients who own and operate commercial buildings throughout the Northern Virginia marketplace. Joshua provides the most creative and innovative services on a consistent basis and to drive meaningful value to his clients.
Joshua has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC region. Prior to joining C&W, he served as a Senior Vice President at Transwestern, where he specialized in office leasing, property acquisition and disposition, and advisory services.
By working diligently with both landlords and tenants, he has developed essential skills to understand both sides of the lease negotiation process and provide the best representation to his clients. Joshua has formed strong relationships within the brokerage community that enable him to achieve his clients’ objectives. He works closely with local and regional economic development organizations to solidify relationships to further assist his clients.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science from Duquesne University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Virginia and a Board member of the Arlington Partnership and Northern Virginia Technology Council.
