Bio
Josh Korshak is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who currently serves as the Director of Leasing, Acquisitions & Strategic Partnerships for Onicx Group. In this role, Josh oversees all aspects of the company’s retail and healthcare leasing endeavors. Additionally, he actively contributes to acquisition efforts in the Florida region, leveraging his extensive network and expertise. Josh also focuses on fostering and cultivating strategic relationships with major hospital systems on a national scale.
Prior to Onicx Group, Josh was the Leasing and Acquisition Manager at Healthcare Trust of America (HTA), the largest publicly traded medical office Real Estate Investment Trust in the country. Josh led HTA’s acquisitions efforts across Florida and parts of the Southeast. In Florida, Josh played a pivotal role in overseeing the leasing and asset management of a substantial 1.5 million square foot portfolio, spanning Central Florida from Orlando to Tampa. Throughout his career, Josh has successfully facilitated leasing, acquisitions, and development transactions totaling over $500,000,000, showcasing his ability to deliver tangible results.
Josh embarked on his real estate journey at Marcus and Millichap, where he initially gained valuable experience in selling retail and office investments. His exceptional skills and commitment were quickly recognized as he achieved the prestigious Rookie of the Year award during his first year with the company.
Josh graduated from Boston University with a BA in history and is currently enrolled in the University of Florida Warrington College of Business MBA program.
