Josh Hill is a multifamily specialist in the firm’s Encino office. As a multifamily agent, Josh exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Westside of Los Angeles including Palms, Mar Vista, Culver City, and Venice Beach. Josh has more than two years of experience in the real estate industry working with Filip Niculete and his team at Marcus & Millichap, where he was responsible for creating and executing the teams various marketing initiatives, maximizing exposure for listings, and managing escrows. Since coming on board, he has helped the team grow almost 100% in terms of revenue generated. Along with his real estate acumen, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge over from his previous professional roles where he developed custom software for businesses and consulted for clients in the financial and real estate industries on their digital marketing campaigns. Josh attended San Diego State University and graduated with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2009. In his spare time, Josh enjoys traveling abroad with his friends, playing sports, going to the beach, reading about technology, and spending time with family and friends.
