It’s been 18 years since Josh started in real estate. Through this time he's seen the best of and worst of markets. What he has learned in that time is there is always opportunity. The opportunities are diverse and take on a holistic approach in nature by leveraging his experience in real estate finance, marketing, investments, renovations, and design.
Josh's business is built on relationships that range from most discerning of luxury clientele to buyers and sellers making their first purchase as well as analyzing and acquiring multi unit investments. His business isn’t transactional, it’s personal and lasting, which is why he works tirelessly to protect and promote these client interest.
As a California native, UCLA alum and Army Infantry Veteran, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife Kathryn and two young children Henry and Harper, as well as traveling, surfing, skiing, golf, climbing, skydiving, and good coffee talk.
