Josh is the Founder and President of Goldfine & Company. Josh was born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia area. His focus and concentration is working with retailers with a unique a modern blend of local market knowledge and high proficiency real time data analytics. to: determine ideal locations, roll outs, market optimization, lease negotiations and downsizes. Recently Josh has led multiple 20 + store rollouts in both the PA/NJ Region and nationwide through his independent network of retail colleagues throughout the country. Josh is a licensed Real Estate Broker in PA,NJ,DE, NY & MD.
Prior to founding Goldfine & Company. Josh was a Vice President at Colliers International. At Colliers International Josh had won multiple awards including the Colliers Rising Star Scholarship and CoStar Power Broker. Josh is a member of ICSC.
