Bio
As a Lee County resident since 1978, Josh has seen and experienced the growth of the area for the last four decades. Josh grew up in Cape Coral, graduated from Cape Coral High School in 1989 and left for Tallahassee, attending Florida State University from 1989-1994. While in college, in addition to earning a BS in finance, Josh learned important lessons in communicating effectively as a top sales person and manager with the Southwestern company from 1993-1995. Josh further honed his communication skills as well as learned the importance of customer service as one of the youngest managers for Outback Steakhouse from 1995-1999. Josh became a licensed Realtor in 1999. His education, sales experience, “homegrown” knowledge of the local market, and commitment to customer service helped him to quickly distinguish himself as a top producing Real Estate Professional. Josh furthered his Real Estate education in 2004, and became a Real Estate Broker. Since becoming a Realtor in 1999, Josh has sold more than 800 properties totaling more than $100 Million in residential sales. Josh has sales experience in nearly every area of Lee and Collier County as he has sold property in over 250 different communities. Josh’s honesty, professionalism, commitment to customer service, and experience make him a genuine asset to his customers. In addition to a very busy Real Estate career… I have also been a very active part in the community for over 40 yrs. * Member of Cape Coral First United Methodist Church, serving on the Finance Committee from 2009-2011 (Chairman 2011), the Staff Parish Relations Committee from 2012-2014 (Chairman 2013 & 2014), helped organize & lead the church community outreach events * PRESIDENT, Cape Coral Soccer Association 2017 to present/ Flats Charity Fishing event Committee 2005-2018
