Bio
Josh graduated with a Masters in Real Estate from Cass Business School in 2017.
He began his career as a graduate at Lee Baron, where he qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2019, gaining experience in areas such as Property & Asset Management and Valuations, advising clients on a range of value add opportunities across all areas of commercial portfolios. He subsequently joined Mason & Fifth as Head of Asset Management, Acquisitions and Appraisals, where he worked to build relationships with both institutional and private investment partners, whilst successfully identifying and appraising a number of investment opportunities for Mason & Fifth's co-living platform.
Josh joined Finn & Co in September 2022 as an Investment Surveyor.
Outside of work, Josh is a keen footballer and tennis player, with a passion for food and Chelsea
