With over 30 years as a business owner and investor in commercial real estate, my experience spans a wide range of investment opportunities. This includes purchasing and marketing income-generating properties such as plazas, commercial buildings, hotels, rental apartments, wineries, and golf courses. I also specialize in land acquisition and assembly for redevelopment into purpose-built rental apartments, as well as commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
Beyond investment, I am passionate about sharing knowledge. I mentor and coach realtors and investors through seminars and training courses, offering expertise in market research, analysis, valuation, estimation, and contracts. My goal is to empower others to thrive in the ever-evolving commercial real estate industry.
