Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, which he joined in 2002, he had a long and prosperous career at Crescent Resources, LLC. While at Crescent, Joe served as Vice President of the Florida Region where he was responsible for the leasing and development of commercial properties in the State of Florida.
Joe’s real estate career started in 1978 when he began acquiring commercial office buildings in downtown Tampa. As a property owner and developer, Joe played a significant role in the revitalization of downtown Tampa.
