Joseph Santucci C.E., M.E.M. is a licensed commercial real estate broker who is also an experienced civil engineer. Mr. Santucci has over 25 years in the real estate business and has conducted transactions on residential, retail, industrial and vacant land properties. His true strengths are the ability to identify the value of a deal while not overlooking property deficiencies. This attribute combined with the vision to create new value has served his clients well. Mr. Santucci brings to the table not only his real estate skills, but he can also quantify costs with regard to development, alterations, build-outs and construction. Recently, Mr. Santucci brokered the acquisition of two Chicago-Suburban Shopping Centers for a client. In addition, he orchestrated the purchase and lease of a prominent 120,000 SF Chicago Office building leading to one of the larger leasing deals in the area for the year; later securing a mutually beneficial management assignment for the building as well. He has been known to assist lenders as he helped manage and complete a $15 million, 60-unit mid-rise and retail property in Chicago. The prior developer had completed 80 % of the building before ceasing business operations. This was done at a time when the market was very challenging, as he went on to facilitate the closing of nearly half these residential units. Mr. Santucci has managed over 1,542,000 sf of commercial properties and he has been involved in over 370 leasing and sales transactions. These transactions ranged from as little as $30k to as large as $30 million.
