Joseph Knapp is an investment associate with the Seniors Housing Division of Marcus & Millichap. Joseph specializes in seniors housing investment advisory and sales in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States. He joined the firm in 2015 and has developed a deep understanding of the market to best advise potential sellers in the decision making process.
One of Joseph’s main objectives is to advise owners of seniors housing projects on how to stage and position their assets to maximize their value for a future sale. He also manages the underwriting of real time valuations and represents for-profit and not-for-profit clients in the disposition and acquisition of seniors housing communities.
