Joe Carabello joined Ojala & Company in February 2008, following nine years of commercial real estate brokerage with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance in Denver.
During the last five years, Joe represented landlords and tenants in leasing more than 312,000 SF of office, industrial and retail space.
Additionally, Joe represented sellers and buyers in purchase transactions totaling more than 181,000 SF.
Prior to Joe’s career in commercial real estate, he founded and managed Boulder Business Products for 18 years before selling the company in 1997. Joe’s career in sales and marketing began with Moore Business Forms, in Oakland, California. He achieved membership in the company’s prestigious Achievement Club in four of the five years in which he was eligible.
