Bio
Jordan Woodcock is a Vice President in Collier's International’s Detroit Office. He has been focusing his attention on retail properties, with a specialization in single-tenant net-leased investments and a primary focus on sale leasebacks and build-to-suits. He has executed disposition strategies for build-to-suit developers, structured sale leaseback transactions for both public & private companies and private investors in their commercial real estate acquisition and disposition needs.
Jordan began his career in real estate at Marcus & Millichap in 2012 after graduating with honors from Central Michigan University (CMU). While at CMU, Jordan majored in Real Estate: Development and Finance, and was an active part of the real estate club on campus. He continued his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap for over 10 years before being recruit to Colliers International.
Jordan is an active member of ICSC: International Council of Shopping Centers. In his spare time Jordan enjoys playing sports, snowboarding, scuba diving and volunteering at his local YMCA.
