Jordan brings many years of business development and community service to our team at Cottonwood Commercial. He is currently the President/Owner of an electrical company called The Power Connection, and he also serves on the Rockingham County Planning Commission.
As a business owner, Jordan enjoys working with clients to help them be best positioned to achieve their goals, whether it be assisting with the construction process or identifying the correct property for their business.
Jordan believes a commercial real estate opportunity is not solely a potential transaction but a multifaceted project that has many parts that need to come together. From zoning and permitting, to potential upgrades and location, all these aspects of the project need to be given special consideration for the project to be the correct one for the client.
Jordan sits on various industry boards (ASA, EGSA) and is Associate Pastor at Redeemer Christian Fellowship.
Born and raised in Rockingham County, Jordan also lived 9 years abroad and is fluent in Spanish. He enjoys international travel and spending time in nature.
