Jordan Pakzad is a Senior Associate Advisor specializing in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use assets in San Diego County and the Inland Empire. As one of the driving forces for The Mogharebi Group’s expansion into the San Diego County market, Jordan has built himself a reputation for in-depth market knowledge and a tireless work ethic. He is a Southern California native who came to The Mogharebi Group after graduating from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey where he studied Entrepreneurship and Communications. While completing his academic career, Jordan was a four-year letter winner of the Rutgers University NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team, a valued member of the Rutgers Real Estate Club, and participated in UC Irvine’s Executive Education Program for Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis. Jordan grew up in the real estate industry as his family was one of the most prominent custom home builders in Orange County.
