Jordan began his career in 2004 with a primary focus on owner/user
representation but quickly earned a reputation as an expert in representing
tenants and buyers and landlords and sellers in ports-centric markets of
Northern/Central NJ.
Throughout his career, Jordan has completed over 600 transactions with an
aggregate value of nearly $1 billion, and frequently is appointed to
exclusively represent and market the lease opportunities at the acquired
assets. His ultimate goal is producing the results needed to help clients be
successful and believes, “My success is based on their success.”
Jordan’s market insights and data-driven, forward-thinking approach are
