Most recently, Jordan sold the iconic SLS Hotel and Retail in Brickell, Miami in an off-market deal for a total of $65 M. He also sold a residential development site in Miami’s trendy Wynwood for $7.7 M to Clara Homes, a Miami-based real estate development firm founded by James Curnin. A Miami Native, Jordan holds a BA in Architecture from Tufts University and a Master in Real Estate from Columbia University. He established Jordan Karp, LLC in 2018.
