Jordan serves as Vice President of NAI Elliott and acts as the NAI Global Coordinator. Jordan has responsibilities in strategic and business planning, business development, and operations.
Jordan joined NAI Elliott in the summer of 2016 after 15 years working in education at an independent school. During that time, Jordan was a teacher, coach, dean, and administrator, serving as Head of Upper School at Oregon Episcopal School (OES) for the last nine years. As the Upper School Head Jordan led and managed approximately 60 faculty and staff, created and managed a budget of approximately $5 million, and was responsible for the development and implementation of a college preparatory curriculum. Strategic planning and project management emerged as core strengths during Jordan's last five years at OES. Core accomplishments include guiding the articulation of OES's 21st Century Skills for students, developing and implementing and intercultural competence training program for employees, and redesigning the residential life program. Jordan is thrilled to join his parents, R. Louis Elliott and Marna L.H. Elliott, founders of NAI Elliott in 1981, to contribute towards a long-term vision of how the company will serve its clients and employees into the future.
