Bio
Jordan founded Soma Capital in 2013 and is Managing Partner of the firm. Previously, Jordan served as Vice President of Partners Group, a global platform with over $80 billion in assets under management. Based in San Francisco, Jordan sat on the investment committee and had responsibility for a $450 million real estate fund with a focus on portfolio and fund-level recapitalizations in the United States. Prior to Partners Group, Jordan worked in acquisitions with Liquid Realty Partners based in San Francisco, and in Toronto with Oxford Properties Group, a subsidiary of OMERS Pension Fund, with responsibility for investments in the United States.
Jordan received a B.A. from Queen’s University in Canada and a Master’s in Real Estate from Columbia University. Jordan is a native of the Bay Area and enjoys spending time in Lake Tahoe snowboarding, mountain biking and golfing with his wife and three kids. He sits on the board of the Presidio YMCA and provides corporate guidance and fundraising support to the organization.
