Jonathan Wayne is the Vice President of Land Acquisition at Century Communities, Inc., where he has led land acquisition efforts since June 2019. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jonathan brings extensive expertise in securing and developing prime land opportunities. Before joining Century Communities, he served as VP of Land Acquisition and VP of Purchasing for DR Horton in Colorado and the Melody division, respectively, where he developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and purchasing strategies. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado, equipping him with a strong foundation for managing high-stakes acquisition projects.
