Jonathan''s vast expertise as an independent real estate investor and developer combined with his over 20 years in corporate marketing and management consulting, enables him to offer a unique set of skills to owners and investors. Focused on the multi-family and investment property markets, Jonathan leverages his extensive base of experience in investment property acquisitions/dispositions, development, finance and management to meet the diverse needs of institutional and private clients. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Jonathan managed a private real estate investment partnership, which owned and managed investment properties in Florida, Arizona and Nevada. In addition, he launched and directed a high-technology marketing communications firm, assisting companies with product marketing and strategy development. Previous to starting his own business, Jonathan held management positions with KPMG''s consulting division and with both large and start-up high-tech companies in California.
