Bio
Jonathan Lakso is the Broker/Owner of Allied Realty Group, Inc., which provides real estate brokerage services to a broad range of local, national and multi-national clients. Jonathan has owned and operated Allied Realty Group since 2002. His firm has been responsible for the overall strategy, financial performance and maintenance of multifamily, office and industrial properties in the South Florida area. He has performed asset valuation, management, and financial analysis across all real estate asset classes since the firm’s inception.
Prior to forming Allied Realty Group, Jonathan worked as an investment banker responsible for the origination, structuring, and sale of corporate and municipal debt securities. In addition to structuring debt and serving as financial adviser on several billion dollars of new and refunding bond issues, Jonathan was responsible for investing bond proceeds and performance monitoring of investment portfolios that exceeded $1 billion in total market value.
Jonathan served on the Board of Directors for the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance of Greater Fort Lauderdale from 2008-2011. In 2010 he served as President of the RCA, as well as a Director for the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. He is the owner and investment manager at Allied Capital Group which is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BA degree in Urban and Public Affairs.
