Jonathan Howard, Premier Commercial’s newest member, earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Geography from West Liberty University. In addition to his Undergraduate Degree, he is currently pursuing a Master’s at Georgetown University in Real Estate Development by studying active real estate markets across the U.S. and around the world through a blend of case studies and practical, hands-on application. Jonathan attained his Real Estate License at age 20 while also carrying a 22 credit hour load during his Spring Semester. His first two years with his license was in Residential Real Estate, but the most recent year has been with Premier Commercial in Morgantown WV.
Starting to work from age fifteen, Jonathan has continued to learn and develop a myriad skills that include graphic design, website creation, marketing management, etc. Some of his experience entails researching, identifying, and create action plans to capitalize on various opportunities for startup Boxabl, a Las Vegas based company known for their $50,000 tiny house. This also included managing a team of content creators and social media platforms, as well as coordinate fundraising efforts to coincide with brand and content creation. Other experience includes administering community relations campaign to garner support for a proposed commercial and mixed-use development site. Managing a door knock campaign, acquire signatures to petitions in support of project, acquire letters of support from community leaders, and administer social media campaign in support of proposed development.
