Jon Hogan joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty as a licensed agent in November 2019 and received his Broker License in May of 2024. Jon helps clients with market research, valuation, due diligence, acquisitions, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. He has transactional experience ranging from triple-net leased investments, income producing multi-family properties, office buildings and land development deals.
