Jon has over 27 years of commercial real estate experience and has sold and leased more than 15 million square feet of industrial property representing both tenants and owners. Jon’s extensive experience includes industrial property leasing, speculative and build-to-suit development as well as land assemblage and disposition in the St. Louis Metro Area.
