Bio
Jonathan Davis joined Onyx Equities in 2004. In his role as Senior Vice President of the Investment Group, he is responsible for analyzing Onyx’s direct real estate investments in all types of properties.
Prior to his role at Onyx Equities, Jonathan served as an Analyst for Merchant Equity Group, where he was involved in the acquisition of over 400,000 square feet of office and retail properties. His previous roles include working as a Tenant Representative at Julien J. Studley, Inc., and as a Consultant in the Alternative Investment Product Group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University, as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University.
