Bio
Jonathan, a native of San Antonio, holds a degree in Finance and a Master of Real Estate (MRE) through Texas A&M`s Mays Business School. Prior to founding Valcor Commercial Real Estate, Jonathan was a Senior Associate with Stream Realty Partners and was responsible for Stream`s retail division in San Antonio. While at Stream, Jonathan actively leased a portfolio of more than 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail assets.
Jonathan is a CCIM, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a board member for Christian Hope Resource Center (CHRC), a member of Shearer Hills Church, and was a San Antonio Officer for the Aggie Real Estate Network (2008-2012). Jonathan was awarded the 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 CoStar Power Broker Award for TOP RETAIL LEASING BROKER in the San Antonio Market and was also announced as a HEAVY HITTER IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE from the San Antonio Business Journal.
Jonathan enjoys playing basketball, biking, hunting, volunteering at his church, and spending time with his wife Genevieve and three children Gray, Landon, and Emma Kate.
