After successfully running his own businesses for more than a decade, Jonathan transitioned to a career in commercial real estate brokerage and quickly established himself as a valuable member of the Lee & Associates office team.
During his initial training period he aided in the successful completion of over 60 transactions totaling more than $12M in lease consideration.
Elevated to Associate in April 2017, Jonathan currently specializes in representing tenants, landlords and investors in marketing, leasing and selling office properties throughout the Conejo and San Fernando valleys.
Most recently, he represented the seller of a 76,496-square-foot trophy office property in Calabasas, CA in a $24,000,000 transaction.
Jonathan combines his earlier entrepreneurial experience with a total commitment to customer service, providing clients with responsive, engaged representation for all their real estate needs.
Before he entered commercial real estate, Jonathan’s experience spanned executive recruiting, insurance services and automotive technology. He brings over 10 years sales experience in life insurance and estate planning, where he worked side by side with some of the most prominent attorneys in the Greater Los Angeles area and successfully managed more than $500 million in insurance benefits.
