Jon serves clients by leveraging his background in transaction and project management, real estate market analysis, real estate information systems, and financial analysis and modeling to assist clients in resolving a wide array of business challenges. He has over 16 years of experience providing real estate advisory services to corporate client with large domestic and international real estate portfolios. He has completed transactions in nearly every primary and secondary North American market, as well as most major markets throughout Europe, South America, India and Southeast Asia. He has specific experience working in the contact center (BPO) space globally with a particular emphasis on the Philippines and India.
