Jonathan Talia of The Mansour Group at Marcus & Millichap specializes in net leased property sales. Jonathan is responsible for all aspects of the brokerage continuum including sales, transactions, managing, underwriting, trend analysis, market tracking and forecasting. During his tenure with The Mansour Group, Jonathan has assisted on over 1,200 single and multi-tenant commercial transactions totaling over $8 Billion.
Jonathan graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego where he earned his Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Finance. He was born and raised in San Diego and is a graduate of St. Augustine High School. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
