Jon Ondrak joined Fulton Hill Properties as Chief of Operations in May 2014, and oversees the company’s administrative, property management, strategic planning, and leasing operations. Jon also works closely with development teams and spearheads initiatives throughout the company’s service and operational platforms.
Jon brings over a decade of commercial and residential real estate experience to Fulton Hill Properties from his tenure with United Dominion Realty and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, both industry leaders in real estate development; in addition to his own work as a real estate consultant in Montana, Virginia, and Arizona. A native of Missoula, Montana Jon attended the University of Montana.
Throughout his professional career Jon has led teams and collaborated across multiple disciplines to drive client values and increase bottom lines. His expertise in property operations, governmental regulations, financial operations and accounting, strategic planning, development, and investor relations makes him a pivotal member of the management team at Fulton Hill Properties. Jon also supports the president of the company in her development initiatives and works with Fulton Hill Properties’ team of development professionals including architects, engineers, financial partners, and key tenant relationships.
