Jon LeBre is a Senior Associate with the Real Estate Services group at Pacific Security Capital. He specializes in office and flex leasing and sales, representing both tenants and landlords. Jon’s analytical abilities and attention to detail allow him to maximize value for clients.
Jon has more than 8 years experience in commercial real estate. During his career, he has completed numerous projects spanning virtually every facet of the industry; from site selection to commercial property tax appeals to landlord and tenant representation for acquisitions and dispositions. He has worked on behalf of clients including Multnomah County, Mentor Graphics, InFocus, The Relizon Company and Louisiana-Pacific Corporation. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Jon served as an Economist for the State of Oregon.
