As Senior Managing Director of Transwestern’s Southeast Investment Services Group (ISG) based in Atlanta, Jon Kleinberg and his partners Kevin Markwordt, John Bell and Mike McGaughy oversee all of the firm’s investment sales brokerage services throughout the Southeastern U.S. The Southeast ISG team consistently ranks among Transwestern’s top investment sales producers.
Jon, Kevin, John and Mike offer a comprehensive and multifaceted background successfully marketing and negotiating the sale of a wide variety of assets including multifamily, office, retail and industrial. They have completed transactions throughout the Southeast, the Mid-Atlantic, and Texas/Southwest regions of the country.
Jon is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia.
Jon received his bachelor’s in economics and government from St. Lawrence University and his masters of business administration from Duke University.
