Jon Emrani joined Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment firm, in 2004. His main area of expertise is in the sale of Development/Re-Development sites. In September 2014, he earned the title of Senior Director for the National Land Group and in 2021, was again recognized as the #1 land broker nationwide in sales across the company.
In addition to his comprehensive experience in Land/Re-Development sites, Jon is also a Senior Associate of the National Multi Housing Group, since 2008, and is experienced across a wide range of product types, including Multifamily, Retail, and NNN assets. By leading with extensive research on the most valuable aspects of each property and corresponding areas, he values the unique demands that motivate the prospective seller and buyer. Jon is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and holds a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
